Grapevine Pool and Spa just completed a remodel of our pool and spa. It turned out fantastic! Courtney has a real eye for aesthetics and material selection. Justin has been our go to for all pool matters for several years now! Their staff are competent and professional. Can't say enough good things about this team!

This is the second time we have had our pool resurfaced and we couldn't be happier. The design that Courtney came up with was far better than any of the larger area companies and cheaper. Justin was always available and spent much of the time onsite during the construction. We were always dealing directly with the owners - there were no project managers or sales people involved. Justin worked directly with a manufacturer to resolve an issue with the scuppers not flowing correctly after the project was completed. I highly recommend Grapevine Pool & Spa.

This company don't not stay on top of problems and will not listen to it customers all they care about is to charge their fee regardless of the consequences! I have used them for three years and had my renters complain about sand in the pool, after my rents moved out I put my house up for sale told Grapevine Pool and Spa do not clean my filters over prices for a $100.00 and they never put DC sand back in tank. Well they charged me again $100.00 so I came in to there office and talked with them about it and they said they would take it off my bill but did not they also sold me a polaris motor is which they installed it ,this polaris would scream each time it was on so very loud. Today Polaris after 14 month is out broken! They also took my Polaris and cut the tail off and screwed my
