I brought in a braided rug that had not been cleaned in approx. 20 years. Grays cleaned, deodorized and repaired it. We were amazed at how it came out. It looks brand new!

First time a customer here.. looked around for the best carpet cleaner near me and the reviews were great. I dropped of the rug and went over the description with the front desk lady, when she gave me my receipt, she did give me a price of 41$ my daughter was there as a witness. Picked up the rug and asked her why did the price change from 41 to 69$, she said it was because of the size, but we went over this on drop of day. I had to go upstairs to identify my rug to see if someone mixed it up, the guy told me she gave me the wrong price after I explained to him what happened. I went downstairs with my rug and she still didn't accommodate on her mistake. I payed for it and just left it alone. They did do a great job on the rug, but I will go somewhere else next time.

Great service! My 5 carpets are so clean and they look brand new. I highly recommend Gray’s Carpet Cleaning. I dropped off the carpets on Monday and picked up following Tuesday. Just long enough for me to clean all the floors at home and then put the clean carpets down. Everything is so fresh !
