Great American Glass & Tinting

Broken glass at my shop, building is unsecured till fixed cause I'm out of town, called Monday to have someone measure they said yes, Tuesday nothin, Wednesday called again and they didn't know who I was, Thursday called again and they finally admitted to busy to look at it... Being too busy is fine but don't take 4 days to tell me you're too busy to look at it while the whole time my building is left open for my stuff to get stolen, Should have been up front with me from the start and I would just called someone else.. My building is only 2 miles from Great American glass. Made me feel like it was my fault for calling them and wanting help.. Strange a business making you beg and making you feel bad at the same time... It's like they have a hot girl complex and not upfront and honest

The business I work at had a cracked door window with the wire in it. The owner of Great American came out and measured it and made recommendations for different types of glass. My boss settled on the type he wanted. A few days later they came out with the glass we wanted, which was tempered. It was cut too big, so they had to put in a temporary window for a few days. Today they came out and put the glass in that was originally ordered. Great service, Great prices and friendly service.

I called this company and asked for a quote to fix a cracked window on my house. They came out the next day, took the measurements and said I'd receive the quote via email by the next morning. As they said, I had the quote the next morning, which I accepted. Within a few minutes they said they would place the order and I could expect to have it fixed within two weeks. They called before the two weeks, said they had the glass, so they came the next day and completed the job. The installers were excellent. The quickly installed, cleaned up their mess and were gone. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks Great American Glass! It is nice to do business with someone that keeps their promises and provides great service.

After receiving a quote, my in-laws wanted something changed with the quote (they had tinted glass in their broken window and were quoted for clear). Later that day, the company tried telling them they didn't have tinted glass. After arguing with them that the glass does have a tint and they need the tinted glass, they finally agreed to give them another estimate. However, they never responded to that change. The next day, I called them back and they were not friendly and told me to just have them go with a different company. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend. This lines up with a handful of the other reviews in their google page.

Excellent all around service. I had a rock chip/split in windshield repaired at Great American Glass and Tinting. The service was fast, and workmanship excellent. The staff was friendly and answered all questions I had before proceeding on repair. And the price was excellent! I called around before I selected this company. Next time I get a rock chip, I know that I will just go directly to this business. No need to try anywhere else.
