Absolutely an awesome couple/business. I got home, found that my ac unit outside wasn’t turning on so I googled and called a dozen companies with minimal feedback or long wait times. Randy and Jennifer literally got here within an hour. Extremely personable and professional. Got us diagnosed and up and running within no time. Highly recommend!! Randy and Jennifer at Price Right took great care of my home and my dogs when I needed a whole hvac/furnace replacement. They were upfront with the costs, my house requirements and took into account my preferred living environment when assisting me in replacing the unit. Upon demolition, they performed the demolition a few days early to give me time to go into the area to repair the drywall.on installation day, the crew was here early and worked tirelessly until the new unit was up and running. Their commitment to quality installation combined with their genuinely and kindness was top notch. Highly recommended

It has been about 3 weeks now but I wanted to give it some time before I reviewed. These people are amazing! My AC unit is still working great. I have spent the last 4 years with another company trying to get it fixed. That company put this unit in brand new and never could find the leak. Ive had to call them out every single year to replace the freon. Randy came out and found the leak right away. After my last experience with the other company I was worried about anyone really helping. Randy explained everything in detail. He and Jennifer kept me up to date with ordering the part it actually needed. It took some time for it to come in but that wasn't their fault. As soon as they had it they were here. Ac quit working so I Called on a Sunday, he asked a few questions then tried to walk me thru the easy fixes, (how nice is that for a company to do that?)when that didn’t work they got out here promptly and got it fixed.
