Sears Appliance Repair

I had a nice technician and he was great explaining the problem. However, I already knew the problem. He was here a few minutes and he said it would be $550 to replace the gas igniter. I can replace the stove for that price. I chose to not use Sears and I will never use them again. My son ordered the part for $20 and installed it within 15 min. So…. It cost me a service charge of $109 for the visit alone. It actually cost $20 to replace. Never again.

While this was my 3rd attempt of repair for my dish washer, it is done. Scheduled by repairman on Wednesday. Parts were ordered for this scheduled appointment (Fridays). Received a txt of approxsoment time. Contacted by serviceman to verify information and arrival. Service completed with helpful information on maintenence with upkeep

Repair person did only the bare minimum needed to install the part. He was neat, courteous but would not do a simple request. After replacing the bad cooling fan l asked him to clean cooling coils to prevent the new fan from going bad. There was also a lot of dust covering the cover panel restricting the air flow escape. He said that he would call in to get the price for doing that. I ended up cleaning the coils and panel myself. The refrigerator is working fine.

Harold was super nice and very good at what he does, thank God for him it had been almost 3 weeks to get my washer fixed and it had nothing to do with Harold's fault it is the people you talk to on the phone to make the appointment, they canceled my appointments two times I had to get really rude with them and that is not like me. But Thank Goodness My Washing Machine is FIXED!!!

He said my compressor went out. We called LGLG asked him what was his address what was his email address and he did not know I’ll call another company to come out and look at my refrigerator. They ordered the compressor from LLG and it’s working fine.
