Guaranteed Overhead Door

After calling another company in the area they told me that they could not fix my garage door opener that was making a terrible grading sound. I called guaranteed overhead door and the nicest guy in the world came to my house sprayed some lube on my drive and voila my garage door would open again. On top of that, he said that he would not charge me for the visit or the expertise. Fantastic experience with these guys and I tip my hat to them

Nick came out quick, text when he was on his way, fixed my garage wiring and replaced sensors and fixed my garage key pad was done in no time, sprayed the springs and rollers on garage doors ,when he was done he cleaned up and price was cheaper then any other garage door company I used in the past. WIll be a loyal customer with them for my garage needs. Job well done!

I contacted Guaranteed Overhead Door who came out, put the existing cable back on the spool that had come off because of something I did, adjusted my door so I could fit my tractor inside without having to prop the door up manually, sprayed lubricant on the rollers and springs, and even lubricated my other shop door. He was done with those tasks in about 25 minutes and only charged me $120. I've used them before and would I use them again? YOU BET! The person knows what they're doing and you can tell. They're efficient, fast, and at a reasonable non-gouging fair price.

1year ago- I called Nick and 2 other companies for estimates on installing 2- 10’x10’ doors with openers too. Nick had the best price and was able to knock it pretty quick. This was done in December of 2021. I wanted to wait 1 year after installation to be able to see how good his work really is. Even through freezing temperatures, those doors operate like they are brand new. Easy programming and are very quiet when operating!! Thank you so much Nick! I had a terrible experience with Guaranteed Overhead Door. They were extremely unprofessional and unreliable. The technician arrived late without any notice and seemed inexperienced. The installation was poorly done, and my garage door malfunctioned within a week. When I called for a repair, they were unresponsive and took days to get back to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service.
