I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with a company that was doing a major project on my house! The service tech was outstanding. The sales person was thorough and enjoyable, and the project team who completed the work where unbelievable. They replaced two furnaces and an air conditioner in an eight hour day.!! They cleaned up very well and everything runs like a clock. I highly recommend them!

Jeffrey Stith came to our home to inspect our heater, and we had a great experience. Our heater stopped working during an extremely cold week last week, so it was a really stressful situation, but we were able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. Jeffrey was very thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made us feel confident and relieved. He was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We’ll need to replace our air conditioner soon, and we’re definitely planning to use this company again. Highly recommended.

This morning, Jeff Stith gave me a call right after I spoke with the office about our furnace acting up since last night. He showed up exactly when he said he would, which I really appreciated. Jeff took his time checking everything and quickly found the main issue. He also walked me through a few other potential concerns, explained the costs clearly, and made sure I understood all our options. What stood out most was how thorough and honest he was. His explanations were easy to follow, and you could tell he really knows his craft. Honestly, I felt fortunate that Jeff was the one who came out to help us today. Thank you, Jeff! Eric washed my water heater. He also checked my back water valve and gave me some advice. Honest and patient. Very good guy. It’s a good experience being a MVP member of Great Dane.
