Great Day Improvements Garage

HORRIBLE. Park elsewhere. They charged me $85 - EIGHTY FIVE - for a 4pm - 9am stay. Absurd. There was ONE sign that stated, "Event rate $40 for 12 hours." or something. NO signage for hourly rates. So we were charged DOUBLE, PLUS a bs "service fee". I emailed asking for a refund which of course was denied. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Extremely convenient for Rocket Mortgage Arena (right across the street) and less than 5 minutes to exit from the 5th floor and to cross over to the arena. There is a bridge that connects on the 3rd floor, but it was crowded (took the stairs). Elevator available as well. Scanning the QR Code to pay went smoothly and efficiently. $40 plus a $2 service charge. All went well.

Parked in this Garage for a Cavs Playoff Game 4/23/25 using $50 prepaid parking pass in Seat Geek ticket app. 1 month later receive unpaid parking notice from Metropolis for $50 and additionally a $45.25 processing fee for a total of $95.25.” Started writing this review while on hold with Metropolis Parking Customer Support. 1. Rep Asked for proof of purchase or receipt. Parking pass was in Seat Geek and no longer available to be viewed. Because I don’t have proof they offered to waive a portion of the fee and pay $55 as a “courtesy”. I literally laughed and asked the representative if she thought that made sense when I already paid $50 the day of the event. Got the scripted “I understand your concern…” blah blah response. 2. My account keeps getting charged when using a parking pass from my season tickets, then it getting random charges when not even there for license plates that aren’t even mine! 3 days now I’ve tried reaching customer service and no response!

Good parking deck. Easy in and out. New QR code a little confusing at first. But it should be easy enough next time.
