Great Day Improvements

Apex Home Improvement did an outstanding job on our home project. We purchased 28 windows and a sliding glass door, and from start to finish the process was smooth and well organized. Once the windows arrived, the full installation — including aluminum wrapping of the outdoor trim — was completed in just 2.5 days, which was impressive. The installation team was experienced, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and left everything clean when they were finished. The quality of the installation and craftsmanship really shows. We’re very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Apex Home Improvement to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

The Bath Authority salesman, Dakota was very convincing in selling the product, but after we signed the contract and paid the $5,000 deposit, he stopped picking our calls. The shower was installed on January 8 & 9, by Dave and his assistant. They were very professional and efficient. The color of the accessories we selected is not what they gave us. We’re still trying to get what we paid for, but we are getting the runaround. Currently, I have very unsatisfied with the company.

Wonderful work. Very courteous installer and Helper. When they discovered an error, they got the process started to correct it immediately. The work quality is great. The installer was qui k, and efficient in his work. They did a great job cleaning up while the work was continuing. Installed 12 of 13 replacement windows, and insured the 13th would arrive as soon as possible. Great job!
