Thank you to the maintenance services team at Great Oaks! This is our second year of having them maintain our 2+ acre property. We have an extensive lawn area and a large amount of landscaping, and overall, we have been very pleased with the quality of their work and responsiveness to our many needs. In our view, they provide a premium service and customer experience —one that we value very much!

Just had second project completed by Great Oaks Landscape Ass. Very happy with this company and crew. The first project came after construction on a new room meant our backyard needed to be completely regraded, beds reset and things seeded. The second project was the installation of a side paved path. In both cases the things that stood out were several things - 1) Quick response and consistent communication from design person to the person who was picking up the last of a project's equipment. 2) The crew's professionalism and hard work. From the consultations and ideation, to the hand-drawn designs, to the heavy machinery, to the crews, they have the arsenal you're looking for if you have a large project like mine. Nothing was a surprise with Great Oaks. Things that made me really nervous about how it would work, they've seen a dozen times and had a solution for. This is exactly why I went with Great Oaks and they delivered.

I am on the novi mall lot and I have a salt truck following me around on a mall lot i hàve moved three times I am on the side of a garbage can and this clown is in front of me and will not move he thinks he's funny this is unprofessional. They have areas of this lot full of snow but there are by me where there is no snow they pile this stuff up by cars on purpose. This mall is a joke full of rude obnoxious overbearing people including staff. People even park in handicap and double park and will not move. This place is a hot mess.
