Green Mitten Chem-Dry

Asked our restoration company to use Chem dry to do our carpets . I had used them before years ago. Under new ownership. Told it would take two hours guy was here for 35 to 45 minutes to do a full basement and living room and family room didn’t even move the couch that was pulled out . The high traffic areas didn’t even look like they had been cleaned . I asked for a refund the owner said no refunds we can come back and redo . I said no thank you not interested. The charge was $323.00 the company restoration company gave me their utica phone number and it rang and it said it was Google answering service Never said anything about Chem dry carpet cleaning. Didn’t seem legit. Very bad service they didn’t do any cleaning under furniture they usually would use foam blocks . Save the hassle, the

Green Mitten Chem-Dry came out yesterday to clean two of my carpets, and they did an excellent job. Mike was professional, efficient, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and worked quickly without cutting corners. Both carpets look and smell great. I’m also glad to support a woman-owned business that takes pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend Mike and the Green Mitten Chem-Dry team.

Rachelle came out and cleaned the carpets in my new home. I wasn’t sure the carpets would come out clean, but they looked way better than expected. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Michael was incredibly thorough and helpful during our entire process. He was careful with our pets in the home and made sure I understand all that went into the clean. The carpets have never felt better and he even got up an ink stain that we had long assumed was permanent. Looking forward to booking again!
