This company is very unprofessional. I placed an order and called to ask prior to making the order the date I would be able to be provided service. I was given the next business day. My card payment was accepted, and the money was withdrawn from y account. I called the day of service and spoke with the individual whom answered the phone, she then confirmed at 12 noon date of service that I would get oil that day but no particular time could be given to me. At 4:30 pm, I called after having my 10 year old child at home suffering in the cold awaiting the oil delivery to only be told " the driver called out for my route". Okay so when was someone going to extend a courtesy call? When did you all determine he called out after my confirmation call at 12 noon??? This was my first time using this

Worst service ever!!! Took my payment, didn't deliver and when I called to inquire about my delivery was not given a clear explanation and was hung up on by the office manger... Called back to speak to Mrs. Green ( assumed owner) was given a reasonable explanation and a joked with her about me driving for them because I have a CDL since they were short on drivers... Was told she would call me back shortly ...30 mins later I get a call back from the office manager saying that the card was refunded... ???? Confused and pissed my wife called back and was told they cancelled my order because I " threatened to come to their office", a customer that has previously paid the day before and simply wanted some answers... Inconsistencies, rude and unprofessional... So much for trying to support loca
