We are extremely happy with the work Rapid Roofing did to our house. We would recommend Rapid Roofing to anyone that needs roof, gutters and or siding work in the DMV. I waited a few months to write this review just to make sure I wasn't just enamored with how beautiful our house looks. Months after the work has been completed my wife and I are still happy and pleased with the quality of work and how easy the process was thanks to Richard (project manager) and Rapid Roofing. There was no pressure from them to write this review. We had a new roof (shingles) and some pieces of new plywood installed on our house due to a leak in our foyer and hail damage to the entire roof. I would strongly caution anyone from working with Rapid Roofing. They are “rapid” at the expense of quality, which has led to stress, additional costs, and a compromised roof. Rapid Roofing did not come out to inspect or scope the project in person before starting the work. When we sent photos of a specific issue that needed to be addressed, they confirmed in writing that it could be handled as part of the job. However, once work began, they were unable to fix the issue and focused on disclaiming responsibility rather than working toward a solution. After the first rainfall following their installation, we experienced a significant leak resulting in water damage inside our home, an issue we had not had before. They replaced my roof in one day. The guys were prompt, courteous, and mindful of the debris and my neighbors. I would definitely recommend Rapid Roofing if you need a roof replacement. I am planning to call them for remodeling work.
