Silva Pool Plastering

We live in a very rural area of Eastern Shore Maryland. Could not find any Pool Company to come out and rehab our 40-year-old inground pool. Found Silva Pools and Pablo , the owners son, made the approximately 3-hour Trek to come see us. We are so grateful he answered the phone that day! We were truly desperate and had been looking for a pool company for over a year. Silva re-did the coping, tile, and plaster. Our pool was truly a mess! It had pushed out of the the ground a few years back, had massive cracks, was not level and issues everywhere! We did not think it could be saved. They fixed all of it! Silva plastering was recommended by several friends of mine and we saw why. Pablo came out several days after contacting the company with a great quote and timetable to complete the job. Flexibility was the key. Our previous builder went out of business in the middle of our pool construction. We had to call Silva and change the plaster date on several occasions do to multiple projects at once, no problem. Very responsive. Finally settled on a date, on time crew (actually early) everyone working and the pool was professional plastered in less than 4 hours. No mess, cleanup done. Reasonably priced. Great job and highly recommended.

They did a tile repair on my father in laws pool. The pool is leaking badly after the repairs. They have not returned to find the issue or repair the problems they caused. The pool was not leaking prior to the tile work only after. The tiles were replaced because a few were loose but the conditions behind the tile were sound and no water loss. Replaced all tile for uniformity and an upgrade look. They were quick to respond to original quote request. And even quicker to get a crew out to jack hammer the old tiles - but they broke something to cause a water loss of this magnitude. Payment was made promptly according to the contract and with in 3 days the water line had dropped to just at the bottom of the skimmer entrance. (About 1/2 below the new tiles and where they ripped out the old

I highly recommend Silva pool plastering. They provided a quick response to my quote request, started very soon after, had a great crew and did a great job. They also responded to a stain issue I caused after they were done with no questions or issues.

Great family owned business. Pablo Sr and Pablo Jr are great to work with. I'm so glad I found them . The work is superb. My pool is beautiful again. I had recommended them to my neighbor to help finish their pool after another Pool company left them high and dry. The tiling work is of great skill and quality.
