I hired Mr Isaac Aguilar to fix our roof problems at the Mary Marshall assisted living in Arlington Virginia and we can’t be more pleased by his professionalism, we had a previous roofer that did a very sloppy job but Mr Aguilar had no problem in taking it over and making it right

My second floor bathroom window was letting rain in due to old caulking. I made an appointment with JKM to do the repair the next day. The Technician arrived on time and did a great job on the repair. The company charged a fair price for the work, and I will surely use them again.

Mr. Aguilar is very professional and has a high standard for the quality of work he provides. Once we agreed upon the price and date of service, everything went like a text book description. He did window caulking for all 35 of my windows and replaced the rotted wooden front door frame with vinyl framing to prevent further rain damage. He also did caulking around my front steps to improve appearance and prevent farther crashing. It's been about three months since Mr. Aguilar has provided his services and we can feel different the caulking made at the windows. We are very satisfied with his services and recommend him highly.
