I had an excellent experience with the technician Tony! He came out right away when my heat stopped working and quickly diagnosed the problem. Not only was he able to fix it fast, but he also took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. His customer service was outstanding—very professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable and efficient. I highly recommend their services.

My heat went out during this recent snowstorm. After making an appointment on Monday for the following day your technician Tony responded early and due to not having a place to park was still willing to stay and service my unit. After having to retrieve his tools and his vehicle getting stuck in the snow, he walked back to my house in the freezing cold, serviced my unit, got the heat working all while throughly explaining to me what the issue was. Tony was kind, knowledgeable, and extended great customer service. Not only would I recommend your company, but I would specifically recommend Tony, for his tenacity, drive, customer service and attention to detail.

My hvac system was malfunctioning. Our technician was professional helpful and honest. He did a complete service of our system and it’s working great now. He also gave us servicing advice but never tried to tell me I needed a totally new system. I will definitely use Logan again for all my hvac servicing needs!

I don’t write many negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this — I do not trust this company. Logan’s Mechanical misdiagnosed my 2022 furnace, claiming the gas valve was defective when the real issue was corroded gas burners. They quoted $500 for a valve that retails around $200, and a total of $1,500 for the replacement — which is extremely expensive based on standard pricing. They also failed to check whether the unit was still under warranty, which it was till 2027. If I had approved the repair, the actual problem would have remained and I would have paid $1,500 for nothing. I tried to resolve this directly, but the supervisor said he would call “when he has time.” It has now been about a week with no follow-up, only contact from assistants.
