With the late fall flooding in Auburn, WA last December, our sump pump’s float switch began to malfunction and the basement flooded. After the water was vacuumed up David, Carlos, and their team placed awesome industrial dehumidifiers to dry out the 1500 sq ft area. David, with many years of experience working with insurance companies, was a tremendous help in guiding us through the process of working with our insurance company. Our roof got damaged in that windstorm and water ended up getting into our bedrooms. Green Planet Restoration of Seattle came out quick with tarps and then did all the drying work. Beyond that, they coordinated with our roofer too which was super helpful. Only thing is the equipment was kinda loud at night but thats expected I guess. Very satisfied overall!
