JR is a nice enough guy but the only problem I have had is not being able to get in touch with him after he says he will do a job. He says he will do it and then there's always something that comes up why he can't, and in the meantime it is wasting my time when I could have gotten someone else a lot quicker and probably less expensive. For example, I have been waiting for him to get back with me regarding some rain gutter that he said he would install, even said he would get whoever at home Depot to get my order together, and I haven't heard from anyone, now it is pouring and my gutter still isn't fixed.It just went back and forth for so long, me inquiring as to when he would be able to finish the job that he said he would do for too long, and him being too busy, or some equipment needs re

We called JR in a panic after roofers destroyed about half the branches on our 30 year old Japanese Maple. He was so kind and so responsive, and not only told us what to do via phone/text, but also came out and looked at the tree and told us how to guide the remaining branches back to fill in the gaps from the broken branches. His expertise is obvious from talking to him, but he is also very kind and has a love for trees and nature that matches our own. He is the only person we will call from now on for any of our tree or landscaping needs, and would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for arborist services.
