Awesome customer service. We've bought raised beds from Greenes years ago. They're a great product, but even being cedar they don't last forever. That's to be expected. We bought new ones a couple months ago. Since one part was too warped to use we contacted Greenes via email. Marlee got back to us that same day, and shipped a replacement that day as well. We highly recommend them.

I contacted Greenes on Tuesday regarding one of their raised garden bed models that was out of stock everywhere. I heard back from them in the same day. Special thanks to Marlee who immediately checked with the warehouse to see if the materials for that particular model were on hand. Sure enough, she made it happen, and sent me an invoice. It was delivered today (Thursday). Literally the best customer service and online shopping experience ever! My mom will be very happy this Christmas.

We bought 2 raised garden beds in 2016, when we moved out and disassembled the garden beds 2 of the corners broke. I left a message in their site because I wanted to buy the replacements and I was ready to wait for weeks until I get the response. After only 10 minutes I received an email from Marlee asking me about my address and she sent me the replacements right away and she didn't charge me for it or the shipment. I would totally buy from them again and recommend to everybody. Very happy customer here :)

We ordered 3 raised garden bed kits. Not only did they arrive ahead of schedule, they assembled more easily than anticipated. One person could easily do it. We had one kit missing some parts, but the customer service was prompt, friendly, helpful, and made it right fast. Great American company, quality product - would order from them again. Update two years later: this product is durable and wearing well.
