So very satisfied with a visit yesterday by Elion! I was not at home but he kept me informed of his arrival time and even provided a video so I could see what he inspected. I texted him with a question and he immediately responded. Great service, very respectful of my property (he made sure my back gate was securely closed when he left) and super easy to communicate with. I would certainly recommend him and Greenway Pest to others.

We have had the worst experience with this company and would highly recommend to NEVER use them. We started using them almost a year ago when a salesman came to our door. We were excited about all the services they offered even though we thought it was a little expensive. The first few months everything was going pretty good and Greenway was doing a good not great job; however, about April of 2025, Greenway's services began to really fall off. The technician would come to the house and stay 5 or 10 minutes and do very little then leave. We had issues with spider webs, pest, and the mosquitos were awful. I called them several times and told them that we were not happy with services. In addition to calling them, I began to e-mail them starting around May 13, 2025 complaining of numero

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. It’s rare to find service that feels both knowledgeable and genuinely customer-focused. I highly recommend Greenway Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service. I love Greenway. We’ve been using them for about three years now absolutely love!! Anytime we have a question or need assistance They are always here. Samuel is amazing very helpful and he does his job very well. I would recommend this pest control company.
