Paul Shunnarah was a delight to work with. He was knowledgeable about the type carpet that would work best for my needs. He was on time, took time with us, and even showed concern when I was not feeling well. The carpet is lovely and the installation with Vidal was efficient and well done. Paul Shannarah helped me figure out what I needed to do. I felt confident with his professionalism and reputation , so I decided to go with him on this project. I wasn’t disappointed. The crew that came in and worked in installing The flooring were the best. It was actually shocking how fast they did this project, completely professional and unobtrusive, and I was even able to work out of my home while a lot of this was going on. His prices were competitive and I feel like I spent my money well. I highly recommend!

Paul was really on his game. He came right away to do our estimate and help us pick out our flooring. The estimate was fair and considering that everything was above and beyond was we expected it was more than fair. The installers were great and completed everything quickly and exactly what we ordered. Follow-up by Paul showed that he was concerned and wanted us to be 100% happy. First time in many years I have had more than satisfactory results from a service company. You not find another company better!
