Keller Interiors

We bought laminate and carpet from Lowe's, they used Keller. They pulled up my flooring and then said they couldn't lay our laminate because our floors were uneven and it would cost us another 2k to fix and then lay the flooring. We refused because this was not discussed in the original Contract and they left us with concrete floors. We have since hired someone else to do the work and he has had no issues with laying our new floor. Then they convinced my husband to let them lay the carpet, he agreed and when the 2 guys showed up, they took pictures and looked concerned. We live in a townhome so we cannot move furniture just anywhere and the manager of the company was aware of this as my husband told him and he said oh that's fine. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is terrible. They knocked a huge section of sheetrock out of bathroom during flooring install and just left it and claimed they were done along with other terrible quality work in regards to the flooring transitions to the walls. They left gaps in numerous places between the wall and floor. Been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks to get resolved and no one will call me back or respond. They were hired to be used by Lowe's for an install so that's only further complicated the issue.

This has been the worst flooring experience I’ve ever had. Keller Installation has dragged my job out far longer than promised, with constant delays and little initiative to move things forward. They’ve also tried to increase the price after agreements were already made, which feels incredibly dishonest. While I’ve been working full-time and doing my best to sort things out on my end, their crew often just sits around instead of making progress. If I miss a phone call due to work and can’t respond immediately, I’m told they won’t do anything until I pay — even when payments and timelines were already discussed. The lack of flexibility and communication is beyond frustrating. I would never recommend Keller Installation to anyone. Save yourself the stress, time, and money — go with someone

I can’t say enough good about Carlos, he did a phenomenal job! He was courteous, very professional and definitely knew what he was doing! He made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving. Just not enough words to say how very happy we are with our installation. Heather also came out for a short while and she was helpful and great also. Just so very happy Keller Interiors of Homewood, Al handled our installation. I hope Keller realizes what a valuable employee he is and I think myself and all of his past customers would agree this guy deserves a raise! I would rate him the best ! Thank you Carlos & Heather

If I could give the a -5 that would be their rating! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever used! I purchased carpet with Lowe’s 2 months ago on a 72hr guaranteed install special. I am just now getting someone to come out for them to refuse the entire job because I asked them to place something on their feet after install is compete to prevent tracking on new carpet ! I have been on the phone with Lowe’s for hrs well the supervisor has tried to work with their supervisor! Not sure how they are in business running it this way, but they won’t be for long!!
