They are good for most things but do not use their winter mower service. I paid the commercial mower price $269.00 that they say it includes the following: * Clean or Change Air Filter * Change Oil & Filter * Change Spark Plug(s) & Fuel Filter * Sharpen Blade(s) * Lubricate/ Grease * Check Deck Level (*level charge may apply) * Check - Test Battery/ Clean Post & Terminals * Check RPM's (*RPM set charge may apply) * Check and Adjust Tire Pressure * Pressure Wash Unit I understand that it may not need all of the services but not even washing it or sharpening the blades? Makes me wonder if they even did anything... Please judge by the pictures attached and come to your own conclusion.

I love our local Ace Hardware. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Today I was getting a load of railroad ties. Russ and...(augh! Forgot the other gentleman's name, sorry!) helped me load it and tie it down. Above and beyond friendly customer service. Thanks guys! So glad this store is close to our house!

I have been into the store many times they are quickto greet a new customer coming in and always very helpful. On this particular day, I went in to get a new key made. There were some cute fusion as to whether or not they had the correct key. After many attempts. They handed me a key and said we hope this helps. We’re not gonna charge you if it doesn’t come back and we’ll make it right I went home. The key works perfectly and they did this at no charge. I highly highly recommend this Ace Hardware five star review reviews for me.

Michael was REALLY helpful today!! I brought in my propane fireplace that needed a new hose, but I could not loosen the fittings to replace it. Michael just twisted the fittings for me, like it was nothing.... And voila, he helped me install the new one onto the fireplace as well. A BIG shout out to him!!! Thank you VERY VERY MUCH!!

Bekah was so helpful with communication & scheduling, & David ensured the entire project ran smoothly. The team was professional, punctual, & paid close attention to detail.
