Gave me a hard time when my insurance company asked for form to be filled out by him verifying his work he had performed retrofitting my home. He didnt have any of the paperwork or design work filed with the city saying he gave it all to me and never kept a copy. Then he said in a nasty attitude that he was going to charge me $100 an hour to come to my house to verify the work! He seemed stressed out and very unpleasant for no obvious reason. I told him I would see him in court and hung up. He then emailed me and said he wouldn't charge me and then just signed off on it anyway.

Greg is a straight shooter! We hired him to check out our foundation and do a retrofit. He only suggested doing what was necessary, no upselling. We passed our inspection without issue. I highly recommend you give him a call!

He did great work in the estimated work time doing brace and bolt for my in-laws 1931 built house. I recommend him.
