I have used Grindstone a couple of times. Both great experiences. They call back in a timely manner & are always very pleasant! Delivery was right on time. Prices are very fair. Would highly recommend!

After looking at the website having a list of rocks and their prices I really liked the information and reading the reviews I thought this would be a good place to order 2 tons of river rock to go around my tree, they are 15 minutes away and the delivery charge is $60.00, I thought that was a little bit much but whatever I didn't want to keep looking around, which I should have, made an appointment for 9 am he shows up at 10am and he said that the rocks had some dirt, But he didn't say I would have half a ton of dirt. Even putting plastic under the rocks I got weeds everywhere around my tree.

Quick response, great selection and prices, delivered the next day.. project completed. Very friendly and helpful. If I need dirt, gravel, sand or mulch these are my people. Calling again next week for paver base and the gorgeous granite gravel (we already have ordered 4 and 6 tons of it, time to refresh what’s there and add to latest project)

I called around a few landscaping companies with many questions as my project was rather large and I am a first time home owner. Kevin helped me tremendously by providing information on how to calculate how much soil I needed to level my back yard, the type of soil to get, how to level it and plant grass seeds. Of course, Google gives you a million different answers, so it was really nice to be able to speak to someone one on one without feeling rushed and without feeling like an idiot. Kevin and I not only talked about dirt, but about our families. He provided great customer service. He also delivered the dirt to my home and worked around my busy schedule. Ordered 7 tons of masonry sand and topsoil (reasonably priced). It was delivered the next day. They even mixed it for me by layering the material.
