The real estate business I work for booked Groundwater for a well abandonment that our clients needed to be filled ASAP to meet a transaction deadline. It was peak busy season when I was trying to book a well company and everyone I reached out to was booking weeks in advance. We are so thankful that Mark from Groundwater was able to not only help us out but he was able to get the job done within a couple weeks, which was a pleasant surprise for everyone. Groundwater made the process super easy and Mark was always very friendly and honest with communication. If you're looking to hire a reliable well company, we highly recommend Groundwater!

The communication with this company went well at the beginning before we signed the contract. However, we ended up really bad experience with this business and the owner that leads me to write this review. • On the day they entered our site to start digging a new well, no one called or notified me and my general contractor of their mobilization. • On the same day, we had county inspectors visiting our site. While the county inspectors walking around the site with us including my construction manager, the well drilling crew started using a saw to cut a large tree limb that appeared to be contacting their digging machine. In 2018 we needed a new well. After receiving several bids, we selected GSI because they were highly recommended by one of the local well equipment companies and their bid was competitive with others. Our experience with GSI was excellent in every dimension. Mark and Duane are very competent, and dealing with them was a pleasure. They accommodated several scheduling issues beyond their control (problematic ground conditions due to weather extremes, our travel plans, et al). There was a space limitation in our equipment room due to our desire to add the new well equipment (pressure tank, pump controller, etc) rather than replace the old, and they suggested a solution that facilitated that and resulted in an improved system overall. James said his crew did an excellent job. Everything they did on the project was professionally done. The team was on time and all their trenching wiring and piping was completed in one day. They re-graded it almost looks like no one was there. I would highly recommend this company.
