I recently had Grove & Son Well Service & Repairs install a new well pump at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their work! The team was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Our 30 year old pump went out suddenly after I flushed the hot water heater. I called Travis first thing the next morning. What immediately struck me was he genuinely seemed concerned for our situation. He already had a couple customers lined up on that Saturday but he would do what he could to make the 30 mile trip over to Charles County. A significant snow storm was expected to start Saturday night too. They showed up! After dark and worked until the well pump was replaced and the sand issue fixed. That was almost 10pm and the snow was starting to fall. But we had water in the house again! Great company, would recommend them to anyone needing well service!

The absolute best service I have ever received for a home repair. The owner took my call at 10pm on a weeknight. I was expecting to leave a message. I was not expecting to speak with a human. Not only did I get a real person, he took down all my concerns and got someone to my house the next morning and the problem was solved same day. The technician did not mind me asking questions and observing so that I might be able to fix things myself however, because of the service I received, this company has gained a lifelong customer. I am a father with 3 young children who doesn’t have a ton of money to throw around and am not currently prepared for huge expenses. What a joke! This company took $2000 for a job of replacing a pump in the well. After almost 2 weeks of no water another company was contacted and the water was flowing in the house in 2 days!! Once they were told they were replaced haven't heard or seen them, let alone get any $ back. Just saying you better beware!!!

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Grove & Son Well Service & Repair. We have 16 horses, two goats, four donkeys and cats and a dog here. Yesterday we found we had no water. I called in the morning explaining our problem and they came out last night and put in a new well for us. They are professional, knowledgeable and they do great work.
