The negative experience I had with this company was so all encompassing that I'm shocked they're even in business. Literally nothing about the entire process was even remotely more than a 1 star performance. They were hired by the sellers of a home I purchased to replace the septic system. Rick, the lead guy, was a very poor communicator. It was like he was going to try and do the entire project without talking to me at all initially. Finally I get the guy to agree to a start date, but then afterward nobody on the crew could even say "hi" throughout the entire day. It was honestly uncomfortable even having them around.
