I usually don’t do reviews. But, this experience with Guaranteed Appliances was incredibly excellent. They went above and beyond to assist us in repairing our Roper dryer. They provided advice on trouble shooting my dryer to ensure I got the correct part. I had to have the part same day and wanted an OEM part rather than the cheaper stuff on Amazon that often fails prematurely. I knew what I would have to pay online to get what I needed which would have taken five to seven business days to arrive. I expected to pay more to get the part same day. I was happily surprised when the correct part was cheaper than the prices I found online for the exact same thing, an OEM heating element. Had a stove purchased and delivered; our delivery driver was very quick, friendly and accommodating. We were also reminded they can certain appliances you may be replacing in your home; call and speak with them. For some appliances they can even make an offer for you. If you are looking for an appliance check first with them before going to Lowe’s or Home Depot etc.

Convenient location to get to ladies that work there are very knowledgeable. I delivered my dryer to the shop was charged $54.98 to look at and found a melted wire connection $9.99 .charged another $85.67 for labor and convenience fee$3.06 and another convenience fee $1.06 Tax and all $160.15. Just seemed little expensive. Great work though!
