Gustafson Excavating

We had some property in the family that we wanted to split up into three lots. Major infrastructure additions and quite a bit of clearing and earth moving were required. The Gustafson crew came in and provided us with exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the outcome!

Ordered fill for a parking area. They knew how to figure out how much I needed. Very good price, quick service, driver was very nice. Will be calling them again based on all of those qualities.

We’re building onto our driveway, and we got 18 yards of limestone class 5. We were able to come back multiple times in one day. Everyone we’ve talked to that works here, has been super kind. They’re super fast in the yard to load our trailer as well. We definitely recommend Gustafson Excavating.

The review listed before about my displeasure with the timeliness of the delivery is correct, however I expressed how eventhough I was dissatisfied I still wanted the load of rock. The receptionist continued to argue how it was my fault. I was past that, but she wouldn't let it go. My wife got on the phone to diffuse the situation and ended up arguing with her as well. I didn't cancel our load because I was disatified, I canceled because the receptionist was extremely unprofessional. Her response once again on my previous review is just another example of her placing the blame. And that is why we won't be back. And I'll preach to anyone who will listen. All it would have took was an "I'm sorry". That's it. It would have been done.
