The technician Brendan was very knowledgeable about how to repair the dryer issue. He went above and beyond by also cleaning out the dryer vent inside the machine. Great job and great advice. Prompt! It’s been years since needing a repair but cost I’m sure is very worth it over purchasing new stuff that is crap.

Brendan came out to fix our dishwasher. He was prompt; gave us a window of when he'd be here and let us know when he was on his way. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, and did a software update while he was at it. He was professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. We had a leak from our freezer and ice backing up on the bottom. Brendan was prompt, diagnosed not only that the drain line was clogged but that the compressor and the components needed a good cleaning as well to prevent the first issue from even happening. He also found some components that were showing their age and recommended that while he was at it, to replace these items. This shouldn’t be seen as an up charge but rather an opportunity to prevent another call. His knowledge and experience really showed. He was also friendly, clean, and worked efficiently. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend Minnesota Appliance Repair.
