The only people I trust to service my HVAC system. Consistent, quality, and honest; with a focus on actual diagnostic and repair rather than simply selling you parts or new/replacement equipment. H&H (and especially Tony) has saved me from both "no A/C" and "no heat" situations with repairs rather than replacement, and I have seen them design/install great HVAC systems, while also operating on the most rapid timeline. They will always have my business, and continue to save me time and time again.

Tony has fixed my furnace problem. However, he grossly overcharged me. When he came first time he didn’t have the replacement part, so he had to come the following day to install it. For that he changed me $120 twice, as if it was my fault he didn’t have the part in the first time. Be prepared, H&H will nickel and dime you.

Provided an estimate to replace our furnace and central air conditioner system. Estimate was clearly written, carried a great warranty and arrived in a timely fashion, despite the fact that we contacted them during the busy winter holiday season. Their pricing was extremely competitive. In the end, we decided to go with another brand of equipment with manufacturer promotions. If you are in the market for Ruud brand equipment, I highly recommend that you call them.

This company has been contracted by my home warranty company. Every year, my AC breaks down in the worst days of the heat. They come in, slap a bandaid and leave. This time was particularly bad. They showed up, allegedly fixed it, cashed the deductible. Three days afterwards, the same problem was happening again. Called them for a recall. They made me go through loops with the warranty company, and while they are responsible for their repair within 6 weeks, they are now suddenly very busy and refuse to come out. Rejected the job. And now I’m pushed to other companies to figure out their mess. The front desk people (tammie) is very rude and unresponsive. They try to get away with the least amount of work and do not expect continued service after they get their money from the warranty compan
