Please find a different plumber! I had water leak into the kitchen of my basement apartment unit from a toilet in my parents unit above it twice. I have an infant who crawls around this space, so we needed this repaired. Apparently the plumber came, unclogged the toilet, stated that the toilet needs to be flushed twice, and left. He told my mom that nothing needs to be done to the basement floors and that it wasn't sewage water that left a standing puddle in the basement... I attempted to call the plumber to verify this story because I thought that toilet water was classified as sewage. I thought maybe the pipes might be too thin or a new toilet was needed to prevent further leaks. I just want to keep my baby safe, and it doesn't seem correct to just mop up overflowing toilet wate

I wanted to hire local so I picked H&S. Big mistake! The guy came to “troubleshoot” my leak for 5 minutes and charged me $185 and said it wasn’t a plumbing issue with no other suggestion. I ended up hiring a general contractor who identified that it was indeed the plumbing and fixed it.

Horrible guy “Ronnie” told me after the fact that I only had 30 days to get parts from Germany and have them return to use the in total service charge credit. The person who came the first time did not say anything about being only 30 days to get them back here to do the job. I called at the end of the summer when I was back from my other home four months later and he refused to honor my credit Very poor business decision as I am in a position to recommend them to many people. I also didn’t appreciate his comment that I was “fooling around all summer”. I think this guy has a problem with women Stay away!

The customer service is great . The man took his time to Search both from the catalogue and from Inventory. He ensures the right part was sold to me . Their price is the same as the regular store for shower head replacement . I will go them again whenever I have needs.

Above and beyond level of customer service. I went in looking for replacement parts for a very old valve. This was a last ditch effort to avoid a time consuming labor job to replace the entire valve. The counter rep told me that the valve and parts were obsolete, but he offered to look for a used one in their parts bin. I walked out with a combo of used and new parts that enabled me to rebuild the valve. Saved me from having to do an hours-long repair. I'm now a loyal customer.
