Hadden Home Services

Much like the other reviewer, the Hadden representative showed up requiring a $69 fee for the service call, and then a service fee of $330. We had previously requested the fee to be waived when the original quote was requested. We were unable to get an estimate for the repair prior to the visit, even though it only took a short conversation for the electrician to suggest the $330 service fee when he arrived — Hadden, that same discussion could have happened over the phone, but then again there's no potential $69 service call in that scenario (part of the business model). The electrician requested that I sign a contract prior to the start of work, which was a reasonable request, but prior to signing, I confirmed with the electrician that upon completion of the work that power would be rest

Communication was great. Techs were punctual and professional. They did an awesome job running my ethernet from the 1st to 2nd floor. They notify me of a minor issue during installation and made sure it was fixed. I recommend Hadden and will differently will be using them for further projects. My tech Rob was ausome!

Rob from Hadden Home came to my home and did an amazing job. He switched out the non working outlets quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend them, and I plan on using them again in the future.
