Outstanding After-Hours Emergency Service!! We could not be more grateful for Haffner's and their after-hours emergency service team. What a godsend. Our boiler died yesterday (Saturday) evening. As the temperature inside our house began falling, we wondered who we could call on a weekend night. But then we remembered that Haffner's (who we switched to recently for our oil and propane delivery) also does service. Within an hour of calling them, their on-call service tech was onsite. Jeff drove 40 minutes from Eliot Maine to our home near Exeter. He was superb; exactly the knowledgeable, helpful professional you hope for when you're in a fix. In short order he had diagnosed the problem, replaced the failed part, and restarted the system. We were happy with Haffner's before this weekend. Now

I have a dear friend who happens to be blind who uses this company. Last week I picked him up for a meeting and when he got into my car I noticed the smell of what I thought was gas. However I thought it might have been my car so I didn't say anything. Later that evening I took him home and smelled a HORRIBLE smell and asked to check his home out when we found that his oil tank had leaked terribly. When we called the tech on duty we were told there is no hazard and we weren't in any danger despite my husband outwardly telling him he may be incorrect in his thinking which he DID NOT appreciate. Just passed a Haffners truck on route 1 in Saugus. Blingy lights on the back caught my eye. Then the phrase “be careful when passing gas” above it. If I lived near you, I’d use your services solely based on your advertising. 🙌🏻

I have had nothing but great experiences with Jenkins. They have great customer service, were on time and were helpful when we had an issue with our furnace. Other companies have charged me multiple times for fixing one problem, but Jenkins came back a second time to get the job done right and only charged me for the one visit. Outrageous service. Especially since we have been a customer since they formed the company fifteen years ago. We call for a delivery since we are out of oil and they insist that we have to pay a $125 extra delivery fee and they will only deliver 100 gallons. They said that we were late on our payment and would not do a delivery until the prior one was paid even though they did not even have the courtesy of a phone call. They have no heart, nor any business acumen to treat a long term customer who has bought thousands of gallons of heating oil from them. If this is the way they treat customers, they do not deserve your business.
