Hancock Refrigeration just completed maintenance on our HVAC systems, and the techs were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They went above and beyond a routine maintenance visit, identifying issues we weren’t even aware of, clearly explaining what they found, and taking the time to remediate concerns properly. You can tell they take pride in their work. Professional, respectful, and truly above and beyond. I had a great experience with Hancock. Shannon, who took my call, was friendly, courteous and professional. I was able to get an immediate appointment for repair of my mother's furnace and the technicians showed up on time. Billy was knowledgeable and walked us through the issue, which fortunately had an easy fix. He then patiently answered other questions about HVAC options for old homes. I would definitely use them again.

My heat pump went out and I called them wondering if they could fit me in sometime on the day it happened. It was very cold outside, so I know how backed up heating companies can be but to my surprise and delight, they had someone at my home within hours and had my system fully functioning before they left. It was great service and a great experience!

Contracted Hancock Refrigeration Heating and Air conditioning to replace my ailing AC only systems. The original installers, Winters, were not good. I did not really know that until I saw what the Hancock crew did! It was ballet in motion. They did such great work. They were neat, polite, they listened to my concerns and considered them and made the appropriate changes as needed. Mark and Brad were great on the calculations making sure what I bought was what I needed. The crew, Tommy and Tyler and the other guys (sorry forgot your names) were excellent. They did such neat and precise work. The outside units are a thing of beauty and not just thrown in like they were before. Wiring and line sets are straight, supported, and protected. Hancock is thorough in their estimates. They are clear in their communication and human when they are on site. Always made for a positive work site and showed more patience than I probably deserved with my endless questions. I’ll point out my needs were for a commercial job. Don’t let my stated costs below deter you from using them. It was a larger-than-residential need. Big fan of this company.
