Excellent Customer Experience! I had curb rash repaired and the rim looks like new. The entire experience was smooth and effortless from start to finish. The online system was easy to use, allowing me to upload photos and receive a quote by email. I’ve also uploaded a photo of the repaired rim to show the excellent quality of the work. Kriss, the office manager, answered all my questions promptly via email and was very professional and helpful. Robert, the knowledgeable repair technician, communicated ahead of the visit and arrived well prepared. He was informative, pleasant, and took exceptional pride in his work, ensuring everything was done neatly and properly. Highly recommend The Wheel Guy DMV!

Rob did an amazing job and was super friendly and efficient. I don’t even know if you would consider my wheels curbed with how bad they were but after Rob worked his magic it was as good as new. I’m super happy with his service

Highly recommend The Wheel Guy DMV, Robert fixed my two Teslas (Model 3 Performance & Model Y Performance) and transformed the curb rashed rims to pristine brand new. I cannot even tell they were curb rashed in the first place.

Called at 7:24pm on Thursday evening, at 7:51pm sent my pics for three rims that needed repair and received my quote at 8:11pm and Robert from The Wheel Guy DMV came to me on Friday at 1:45pm. My rims look great! No tire removal. Robert was out of here in about a hour. Who wants to be driving around with scraped up rims. Luv it!!

Wish I had better before pics, but Robert got all the curb rash fixed and then did a beautiful job turning the rims into gloss black. Great work, great price, and super fast also! Wish I could give more than five stars.
