I’ve had winters out for both regular service and “emergency” help. Both times everyone from dispatch to techs (Kenny and Nick) have been great. Extremely helpful, efficient, willing to listen to my issue and explain everything down to root cause, and winters is more than fair in my opinion on pricing and recommendations.

Scott was amazing. He diagnosed the problem immediately, took care of the problem and explained everything from the problem to what he did to fix it. Very professional and personable. Greatly appreciate his and the office staff’s great service!

Gabriel and his assistant Josh were both extremely professional and pleasant. Gabriel was proactive in making recommendations about my system, and was meticulous in cleaning up after the work was completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Winters and Gabriel to anyone.

Service technician Scott was excellent. A part was ordered that didn't fit our older system, Scott took the part back to the warehouse and machined it to fit. Came back same day and installed it in the evening. All on the day before Christmas Eve too.

Technician Kenny Morgan demonstrated strong technical expertise and professionalism while troubleshooting my furnace issue. He accurately diagnosed a faulty gas valve and recommended replacement. Upon installation of the new gas valve, gas flow was successfully restored, and the heating system operated as intended. Kenny took the time to clearly explain the problem and show the replaced components. His attention to detail and customer service were outstanding.
