I'm finally getting around to writing a very well deserved review for Johnson's Heating & Air as I was recommending this company to a friend. I've had great experiences with this company over the years. I bought my first home (built in the 70s) in 2019 as a 22yo fresh out of college and figuring out homeownership on my own. Brandon handled a few emergency calls for me over the years, always arriving quickly and fixing the issue immediately. Last year, he replaced my entire HVAC system and since then, I've not had a single problem. Brandon has also been very honest and transparent with his pricing with incredibly affordable costs. His competitive rates and open communication about costs is much appreciated and shows a lot of integrity. Especially for new first time homebuyers like myself,

Project scope: Whole-house HVAC supply ducting replacement (with removal of old HVAC ducting) // Brandon was professional, efficient and so easy to work with. Worked well with our every-changing timeline. Would recommend if you appreciate hard work, a friendly interaction, and a good price. Very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to help us work through our long list of questions. Amazing communication as well! Will happily use him for any future HVAC needs.

The only reason I gave them a 5 star review is because there are not anymore to give. Rewind to 6 days ago, I sent in an inquiry to them about getting an estimate. 15 minutes later they were on the phone and came out the next day (based on my soonest availability) to give us an estimate. Brandon came in and looked at our system and we discussed our options (I already knew it was toast). We decided to get away from gas and go with a heat pump. As promised we received an email that evening with an estimate, I promptly emailed back and approved the installation. Brandon scheduled to come out today (Tuesday, only because electrician could not come out sooner. Monday was a holiday) and he showed up on time and ready to work. Brandon Johnson and his crew are first class in quality, expertise, and professionalism. They replaced our upstairs compressor and air handler a few months ago. They fairly priced and performed the work that was needed and nothing that wasn’t. They worked cleanly and efficiently. Today I had the opportunity to interact with them in a commercial setting and it was exactly the same professionalism and efficiency.

Brandon was the only person that would come see me today. My AC has been out for 2 days so you can imagine how hot my house is. He was prompt and came within 2 hours of calling. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with him and he explained everything to me. Beyond reasonably priced. I'll be using him for all my needs in the future! So happy I found someone I can trust.
