Joe is hands down my favorite and has consistently helped me better myself and I have nothing but love and appreciation in return for all his thoughtful, considerate and hard work he has put in just being the genuine and cool guy he is. Joe puts the people first and does his job the way it's supposed to be done and I can honestly say that since meeting him I have become a better person today. Big shout out to the boss man Mike and the rest of the staff you guys are all really great

Handy Help LLC is truly wonderful. It is caring and supportive, and dedicated in helping people in need. The atmosphere is warm and uplifting, and the owner is compassionate and genuinely cares about people and his employees. You can feel the heart and purpose behind everything they do. Highly recommended!

Normally don’t leave reviews but this time I’m gonna Never answer calls … never emails for 2 years straight very unprofessional.. left my mom in a critical situation no Waiver sent over to new county nothing… left it all in the dark I highly not recommend this company and I been here for 3 years

I have repeatedly reached out to Handi Help to inform that of one of their clients being completely out of food, due to his worker forgetting to turn in paperwork and causing the clients SNAP benefits to lapse, and also that he is in a mental health crisis and desperately needs to be hospitalized and that he is a danger to himself and others but they do not respond, do not do anything to help their client even though it is due to their negligence that he is completely out of food. My next step is going to the local media to expose them of their abuse to a vulnerable adult and that they are being paid tax payer dollars to give him housing support services but are in fact not and just pocketing the money month after month. Have been told by many people this is the worst housing support age

BEWARE!!!! This company is a FRAUD. Case manager, Keisha, is very spiteful, unprofessional, and inconsistent. When I complained to her supervisor, Michael, he was ALSO spiteful, disrespectful, and dismissive. I was referred to them by Washington County Human Services because I have a mental disability. This company WORSENS a person's mental health! Then, when I reported their behavior to the County and asked for another option they dismissed me and told me that the company was my only option so....?!?!?! The county representative even emailed the supervisor and after 2 days of no response the county rep emailed Handy Help supervisor a SECOND TIME with. "sorry to bother you but...."; wait- WHAT??!! This has been an unbelievable, extremely stressful, crazy experience and NO ONE IS BEIN
