Sealing gutters to prevent drips at corners. Work allegedly done Dec 2. Work is not complete. He automatically took the rest of the money using my credit card that I gave for downpayment. I have called at least 8 times. Answering machine works but no one is returning the calls. His proposal says "two year guarantee on work." He was recommended by a large company that didn't do small jobs - like mine. I notified them right away! I might send a certified letter and think or small claims court.

First off, DON'T PAY UPFRONT! Biggest mistake of my life! I paid the "handyman" $2700 to do a chimney liner install and patch job on the attic portion of the chimney. The check cleared, but they did not show to do the work. I called repeatedly (thinking I was totally scammed out of my money). MONTHS AND MONTHS LATER the work has finally been completed. The owner was a total jerk on the phone, being rude and treating me poorly every time I called while I was being respectful and nice (just trying to get the work I paid for done). I highly advise you to use someone else. Very unprofessional, owner screened my calls so I had to borrow peoples phones to get through. I got through several Monday's in a row and it was always the same "We will have it done by Sunday" How many time can y

No stars if that is possible (and it's not). Owner's son came to do gutters. My husband called him to see how the work was going and to say that he was coming to the house to pay him. When he got there, the owner's son was not there. My husband called him and he said, "I don't want your f------*&*^%^%^* money! It was the weirdest thing. My husband then called the owner and the owner said he would call my husband back and never did. Not a good experience. I wish my husband had checked the reviews before scheduling the work. If he had, he would have never hired them. I am so glad he did not pay them upfront. So Crazy!!! These are the kind of people that give contractor's a bad name. THE WORST!!!

Ray Joseph is a dumpster of a human being. DO NOT use him, you'll regret it. He's a scam artist and should be locked up.
