Customer service is poor. The owner cancelled our installation date changing it to a different date without notifying us or at our request. When the store representative was questioned over this ,they became defensive with no explanation being provided other than " the date was changed for some reason." As for actual product that was installed,hardwood, was of such poor quality that the hardwood warped from a dog bowl being turned over twice with the water sitting on the hardwood for 10 to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, they do not stand behind the product, which is less than two years old.Also, nail holes in the quarter round were covered with caulk, but they were not painted, which was easily visible. Both of these problems are visible in the picture. Previously, we have had good experiences

No issues using them for a custom shower glass install at the recommendation of my contractor. Glass was ready for installation within two weeks and looks great. $1800 for the shower pictured.

Have used hangers for years! They have top quality products and excellent service at great prices. I recommend them to anybody.

We stopped by the store, picked out the carpet, had a tentative date for installation. They were to call and come by the house to measure for the quote. They were no show/no call, and became defensive when we asked what happened. We missed the tentative installation date and the next opportunity was 4 weeks out. Called a competitor, they measured the house within 2 days and carpet installed the next week. Now that’s customer service, and they were nice and friendly.

Got a quote for hardwood floor sand, stain, and seal. We said we wanted a specific stain and it should be glossy like our current floor which we pointed out. They recommend we go with water based sealant because we have pets, and we agreed. What was not described to us is that by going with the water based seal, we wouldn’t get the glossy finish we wanted. So we moved everything out, removed the shoe molding, got out of the house for week and came home to floors we were not happy with. This place seems more interested in recommending things that are either easiest for them to install or what they have in stock, not what the customer really wants. Also, VERY SLOPPY edges on the stain. They got stain on our cabinets which don’t have shoe molding that I now have to figure out how to instal
