Hanna Garage

Do NOT park here. My husband’s truck was broken into (back window smashed apart) and someone rummaged through all of our stuff in the truck (didn’t take much because we had taken out all valuables). My husband parked his truck here on a Saturday afternoon and it was there for less than 48 hours (we were staying at a hotel nearby and went to leave Monday morning and found the window broken in). Be very careful of parking in any parking garages in Cleveland after we talked to the police.

This garage is one of the worst downtown. My car and a lot of other residents who live in the Hannah apartments have had their cars broken into multiple times. When I talked to the corporate office, they blamed me for leaving my car there and said that they do not have working cameras and are not responsible for theft. They also leave the gate open at night which has resulted in guest and residents getting their car stolen. Not to mention the threatening graffiti, malfunctioning entrance gates, and sketchy office. Whenever I have had a complaint, managers or workers take days to contact me back and show lack of support. I have came outside to 10+ car windows smashed every 1 to 2 weeks during the summers of 2023 and 2024. Finally, they offer incentives for people rating 5 stars (fake rev

Muhammad was no helped charged me 50 when it should have been max 30. Made me run to my apartment bc we didn’t have cash. Muhammad was 0 help. Good luck if he’s working when ur leavings bc he’s just gonna charge u a random amount he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Best parking for playhouse square. Couple blocks away and cheaper. If going to the Hanna, it connects directly on the first floor, so you don't have to walk around outside.

Finally an affordable price during all star week. Some of the tariffs were as high as 60$. Got a ticket too;I was so pleased that I immediately bought 2 tickets for the game. Cost me 1500$. Ha ha. Just kidding
