Wow, Walked in was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Spoke to Hunter who helped me with a emergency generator for the upcoming storm. Answered questions was polite and extremely knowledgeable, Fantastic store will definitely recommend and use again. Update: Did not end up needing the back up generator returned it today pretty straight forward again with excellent service. Sarah was nice and polite taking it back.

Usually a great experience at Harbor Freight, they have great deals and tools. However, the store manager at the Eastlake location, I think her name was Sarah, ruined our experience at this store. We went in for a generator for the storm approaching, she couldn’t be bothered to listen to a full sentence my fiance had to say asking about the model he wanted before interrupting and rushing him to finish. Not including how unpleasant she was taking the box to his van. She was extremely rude and condescending towards my fiance. We are extremely dissatisfied with her attitude and will NOT be returning to this location.

Employees help me find what I'm looking for,.the return policy is good, the one or two year paid warranty is well worth it. No problems.

Update: 11/22/2020 My original review was posted on 11/20/20 with a 1-star review but I am pleased to say Harbor Freight sent an email to my husbands concerns on today 11/22, wanting more information related to the incident so that they could follow up with the manager. So based on their immediate response and concerns it shows that the corporate office takes Customer service seriously. So I was very pleased to see that they found this concern as serious as the virus. Thank you Harbor Freight. Not enforcing the mask mandate. This man walked around the entire store with no mask and no one approached him. I try to understand the mentality of not wanting to protect yourself let alone those around you.
