Harbor Freight

This is BY FAR the best Harbor Freight store I have ever shopped! The new displays are amazing and the people and management is top notch! So glad to have them near us!!!

-If I could give 5 stars, I would. Sam's employee, Kyla, damaged my car's bumper and the damage wasn't repaired. The toolbox I bought was also damaged. I would never recommend this store.

I have to confess to being a Harbor Freight junkie and I like to stock up on tools when I visit the US. I discovered this location yesterday conveniently next to a Goodwill. Staff were friendly and helpful, the store was well laid out with plenty of stock. I found everything I needed and more for a small woodworking project. My only negative to Harbor Freight is the amount of marketing emails they send me, so I probably miss the coupons that would actually be useful to me.

The female employees are horrible, they lack knowledge of the tools they sell and what tools you need to get a job done. The fact that she was manager was comical. I came all the way over from the dayton store thats locked up like Fort Knox and i have to carry a weapon just to go in there to get better service but boy was i wrong. HARBOR FREIGHT Whoever is listening you can do better

Went to go pickup a generator. Service was fairly quick even though they were busy. Very helpful staff loading generator onto vehicle. Only reason not giving a 5 star. Had to drive out of my way to get the particular model I was looking for.
