Excellent staff and service! Harbortown has done several projects for us. The entire staff is professional and very thorough! We have been more than pleased with the installations and exceptional service in the office as well. They go beyond expectations.

Mike and his crew did a fabulous job on our landscaping. Very reliable and super responsive. They returned several times to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them!

Giveing 5 stars is a not common for me unless a business does something special to deserve it. In this case is was being super kind, getting back to me promptly even during busy season and taking the time to answer all my questions. The owner personally called me to confirm delivery and was on time for delivery and installation. You could see the pride in the business owners.

Our lawn service wasn’t able to locate good clean pine straw this spring from his usual supplier. We use at least 65 bales every spring and so we decided to stop by Harbortown last week to inquire about pine straw. We were greeted by very friendly staff in the office and Debra gave us the price and told us they had plenty of bales. They even showed us a sample bale so we could see the quality. We went back the following day with our truck and purchased the straw (discount for cash/check) and Mario was so helpful pulling the bales from the trailer so we could load on our truck. Took 4 trips to haul it all home and Mario was out there helping with every load. Great customer service from a local business close to home, we highly recommend.
