Ordered 2 dump truck loads of Road bond and asked for it to be packed down on the driveway, it was the worst experience! The guy delivered one load of road bond to half the driveway and then brings rock for the top portion of the driveway. He said he is unable to pack it, and he left. I couldn’t get out of my driveway has it was like 5 inches of snow or quick sand. I had to hire someone to come and pack it. Called multiple times to Harrison Construction and asked to talk to the manager with NO return phone calls. I will never use them again or recommend them! Awful customer service!

This place is an absolute joke!!!!!! If I could I would leave them a negative 2,000 review!!!! The first time I'd ever been there I walked in the office to ask where to go and he acted like I violated his space and told me many different landmarks to look for and where to go. Then I went down a highway and one of the big front end loaders was coming towards me and was not stopping. If I had not have backed up he would have ran in the front of my truck. So I left and went somewhere else where they have signs up telling you which direction to go and where the materials are. All you people leaving good reviews must be getting paid!

Delivered me half a load of road bond for my driveway. Driver Gary White was AWESOME!!!! Wish I could drive a tandem axle dump with that much skill. This driveway is up a narrow, windy mountain road and he dumped it right where I needed it! Minor shoveling, raking and I'm good to go again! Can't give you enough props...….happy camper here! Thank you for your excellent service.

I've been buying road bond for the past 4 years but no more! They lost their best drivers and their customer service has gone downhill since they got a new sales manager. They delivered off-quality product to me and the new guy promised to replace it and then changed his mind. I wish Gene Farmer were still there, because he knew how to handle things.

The management beyond this Local business does a terrible job. Their Accounts Receivable department..(.billing)is horrible. Seriously managing to bill correctly..following up...and making sure invoices are sent and received. Nothing is their fault...its just someone else's. You don't receive statements...sometimes you might receive an invoice..and sometimes a year later..you receive an invoice that you didn't know was outstanding! This is history as many other business owners have experienced the same! They most likely could benefit from good Accounts Manager. Bet they would be surprised how much money they would gain.
