The guy was really cool and I had a list of keys I needed made 2 motorcycle keys to 2 difference bikes,f250 and he even had to take the panel off my old truck toyota truck to make a key for it and it was shrinking rain but he was friendly and knew what he was doing I drove all the way from Kingsport I was there at 8 like a friend had told me to be and was not disappointed... glad I made the drive... he didn't change me a arm and a leg... I would 100% recommend and would drive back in a minute if I needed something else....

Locked myself out of my car early on a very cold morning. Most places were closed and I was having trouble finding anyone open to come help me. Sam saw my missed call and called me back minutes after I'd tried him. He got out of bed to come open my car for me. He arrived within 30 minutes, opened my car quickly, and charged a reasonable price.

Had a neighbor whose key fob got locked inside his running truck. Called their emergency # and Sam was there in 25 minutes and able to unlock the door. He was quick, polite and professional. I'd definitely contact them again.

Craig is awesome! He has unlocked many vehicles and made several keys for me! When Craig is not available, Sam is! He came out today within 10 minutes to help. I highly recommend Harry Stout Locksmith!

This was an amazing experience. I walked in with 2 Jeep keys I needed cut, also needed a duplicate key for my RV and another for my boat. After all we're cut it was $6. I had to ask twice to make sure I heard him right. Others wouldn't even do it, and others wanted a small fortune. Very impressed. Go to this place for your locksmith needs!
