Even after pumping the tank, the issue in my house persisted. Instead of leaving, Jason went above and beyond the scope of the job and helped me dislodge a clog in the line running from my home to the septic tank. Jason had his pump clog and reversed his pump and blew sewage all over my yard where my dogs play. Jason suggested that I buy some hay and cover the sewage. After 2 weeks my septic tank backed up again and I had to have it pumped again. The person who pumped it out cleared the clog to my drain field and stated that the person who pumped it the first time should have cleared the drain field line. I will never let Jason service my tank again.
