NJC Electric

I got a generator installed by Nick. From the first call until the job was done he was polite, kind and communicated well. He showed up when he said he would. I am very pleased with the work he did. I will be using Nick for future projects and reccommmed him to anyone looking to have electrical work done.

I had an electrical emergency. I tried to call Elizabethton Electric and no one answered so I called 24/7 service at NJC Electric and Nick answered the phone instantly. He gave me some great advice and was willing to come out to my house immediately if needed (even in the midst of a snow storm). The problem was outside of my home and involved the main electrical line. This issue was handled for free by Elizabethton Electric after contacting 911 to get in touch with someone and they were very helpful during the situation as well. Nick wanted to make sure he was not charging me for something that was a responsibility of our electric company (this was very appreciated)! 10 out of 10 would call Nick again!

NJC Electric will be the only electrician we use in the future. We had a list of concerns that included, outlet replacement, outlet upgrade, breaker inspection, and flickering lights. He responded quickly, showed up on time, and did great work. The price was very reasonable considering the time spent and the quality of work provided.

Nick came out to fix some outlets for me that went out. He's been very nice, helpful, and he's very quick. Everything now works great, and it was a pleasure having him here. I will definitely be using his services in the future.
